Bédoux's mission is to connect you to the people who made the piece you loved and purchased. That's why every item ships from the label directly to you.

We currently ship from our labels located in the following cities:

    • Muscat

    We currently ship to customers located in the following countries:

    • United Kingdom
    • United States
    • Canada
    • United Arab Emirates
    • Jordan
    • Lebanon
    • Saudi Arabia
    • South Africa

    Shipping: We offer free international shipping for all items over $300. Otherwise, we have a flat international shipping rate of $23.

    Customs: We also cover customs and duties for all items to US, UK, Canada and the UAE.*

    Local: Since we love shopping local, we offer reduced domestic shipping rates for customers located in the same country as the label they're purchasing from.

    Contact us if your country is not listed. We may be able to arrange a special shipment. 

    How does it work?

    Once an order comes in, the designer is informed and prepares the package to be sent. Our couriers pick up the item from the designer’s doorstep and deliver it to yours.

    Bédoux partners with a number of shipping and delivery providers to get your item to you as quickly as possible. We will always keep you informed of the estimated shipping time and give you a tracking number.

    Returns and Refunds

    If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on items that meet the following requirements:

    1. Item(s) is eligible for return. You will always be notified before purchase if your item is ineligible for return.
    2. Return is requested and mailed back by the customer within 7 business days of delivery date.
    3. The item(s) is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and in original packaging.

    For refunds to credit cards and PayPal, we deduct shipping and handling fees. Your refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

    Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

    To request a return, simply contact us via email at support@bedoux.com with the following details:

    1. Order number
    2. Description of item(s) to be returned
    3. Reason for return of item(s)

    Once the return is processed and accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.

    Return packages may take multiple days to be delivered to our designers. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed and confirmed by Bédoux.

    *Bédoux will cover the cost of customs and duties levied by your country's customs authority. We do our best to cover all customs expenses, but in the event that further tax or duty liabilities arise, you might be required to bear the cost of these charges upon receipt.
