ORDERS + SHIPPING
You will receive products directly from the designer or small business that made your item.
All Bédoux orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
We ship orders worldwide!
To encourage #shoplocal, shipping is FREE from all designers based in the same country as you (e.g. you are in Jordan and the designer is also located in Jordan).
We also offer FREE international shipping for all items over $150.
Once the designer sends your package, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as most debit cards.
All Bédoux orders are processed in US dollars (USD).
When you order from multiple designers, you will receive packages from each designer individually.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on items that meet the following requirements:
- Return is requested and mailed back by the customer within 7 business days of delivery date.
- The item(s) is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and in original packaging.
For refunds to credit cards, we deduct shipping and handling fees. Your refund will be issued to the credit card account used to make the original purchase.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
To request a return, simply contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Order number
- Description of item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return of item(s)
Once the return is processed and accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
We aren’t able to offer automatic exchanges at this time. We recommend that you return your original purchase for a refund before ordering a different size or color.
Return packages may take multiple weeks to be delivered to our designers. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed and confirmed by Bédoux.

Bédoux was started on a (surprisingly) sunny afternoon in December of 2016 in DUMBO, Brooklyn.

We work around the clock and only take tea breaks once a week to ensure that we respond to your emails as quickly as possible. Our average response time is 5 hours (and we’re working on making it shorter).
We have offices in Jordan and the United States. But, like our namesake, we work from anywhere and try to move around and explore as much as possible. Check out our Instagram (@bedouxofficial) to see where we’ve been working from recently.
